Montaggio is an AI-based video recommendation service. It crawls videos from internet, including news videos and various user-generated content. Montaggio's proprietary AI and computer vision engine analyzes these crawled videos and automatically generates highlight clips from original, lengthy videos. People can watch highlights to quickly preview what's in the video. We also recommend videos based on users' preference and behaviors. Montaggio helps people to find interesting videos easily.

How does LINE help us

After joining LINE Protostar program, we developed a video recommendation chatbot and deployed to LINE platform through LINE Official Account. In developing this service, we use LINE’s Bot menu and Flex message to quickly prototype the user interface. Based on these tools, we could build a conversational UI to provide video recommendation service - Just through a short conversation or a few taps, users can easily watch trending videos, find interesting content, or receive recommendation, without leaving LINE platform. This becomes an important entry point to our service and help us reach a much larger user base. In addition to the technical support from LINE, we also received various feedbacks on product & business development.
