Dent&Co AI Chatbot is more than a chatbot. Our chatbot did not only solve dentist’s/dental clinic’s problem on the no-show rate and waste of manpower, but moreover provide users a better solution for healthier oral health. We help dentist/dental clinic serve their patients while patients are not physically in the dental clinic. Our platform acts as a tool that connects patients to their dentist, where they can communicate 24 hours. We not only help remind users on their appointment time, but also provide users the most accessible dentist around them and products to maintain their health after an appointment. Throughout patient’s interaction with our chatbot, such as leaving a review after an appointment, users receive “D-Coins” that may be used in our oral hygiene e-shop. In addition to a smarter way for users to maintain their health, gamification interaction is also our key to attract and attach users.
